At J.T.H Imports, we stand by the quality of our products and do our best to ensure you’re happy with every order. That said, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle refunds and returns 👇

🔁 Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund — no questions asked (as long as it meets the conditions below).

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Items that are damaged, used, or unsealed may not be eligible for a full refund

• We do sometimes offer partial refunds, depending on the situation

📨 How to Request a Refund

Email us at enquiries@jthimports.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the return (so we can improve)

• Optional photo evidence if applicable

Our team will get back to you with instructions on how to return the item.

💳 Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you if your refund is approved

• If approved, the money will be returned to your original payment method

• Processing times depend on your payment provider, but usually take 3–7 working days

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to your own change of mind, the return shipping cost is yours to cover

• If the product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping

⚠️ Third-Party Retailers

This policy only applies to purchases made directly from jthimports.co.uk.
If you bought from a reseller, you’ll need to follow their return policy.
