📬 How We Ship

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery

• You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships

• Everything is securely packed and fully trackable

⏱️ Dispatch Schedule – Read This Bit Properly

We now dispatch twice per week. That means:

• Your order will be added to the next available shipping batch

• Most deliveries arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch

• If you order just after a batch goes out, it may take a few days longer — that’s normal

This system keeps things affordable, stock fresh, and customs-free.
If you’re used to Amazon Prime — fair play — but that’s not what we do here.

Please don’t email asking where your parcel is on Friday if you ordered on Tuesday.

📨 Tracking Info + Confirmation Emails

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get:

• ✅ A Royal Mail tracking number

📩 Check your spam or junk folder if it hasn’t arrived within 7 days.
Gmail loves hiding our stuff behind promo offers — don’t let it.

🚚 Delivery Delays & Patience

We’re a small, reliable team — not a warehouse full of robots.

If there’s a genuine delay (rare), we’ll sort it.
But emailing aggressively 3 days after ordering won’t make it move faster.
It just wastes your time and ours. Respectfully.
