Thanks for shopping with J.T.H Imports. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery. Please read this carefully before emailing us — 90% of questions are answered right here.


📬 How We Ship

  • All orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
  • You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships
  • Everything is securely packed and fully trackable
  • Shipping is always free — no minimum order, no thresholds

🚫 No Customs Charges. Ever.

This is the big one — and the reason we exist. We import US stock into the UK in bulk, pay all duties and VAT at the wholesale level, and hold genuine American product in UK warehousing. By the time you order, your parcel is already in Britain.

That means:

  • ✅ Nothing crosses a border between us and you
  • ✅ No surprise customs handling fees on the doorstep
  • ✅ No depot trips, no pay-before-release cards through the letterbox
  • ✅ The price you see at checkout is the price you actually pay

⏱️ Dispatch Schedule — Read This Bit Properly

We dispatch twice per week. That means:

  • Your order will be added to the next available shipping batch
  • Most deliveries arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch
  • If you order just after a batch goes out, it may take a few days longer — that's normal

This system keeps things affordable, stock fresh, and customs-free.
If you're used to Amazon Prime — fair play — but that's not what we do here.

Please don't email asking where your parcel is on Friday if you ordered on Tuesday.

🗓️ Bank Holidays & Weekends

Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Sundays or most bank holidays. Anything dispatched immediately before a long weekend can land a day or two later than usual. Nothing's gone wrong — the parcel is just sitting in the postal system waiting for normal service to resume. If a long weekend is coming up, factor in a small buffer.


📨 Tracking Info + Confirmation Emails

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get:

  • ✅ A confirmation email
  • ✅ A Royal Mail tracking number

📩 Check your spam or junk folder if it hasn't arrived within 7 days. Gmail loves hiding our stuff behind promo offers — don't let it.


❗ Something Wrong With Your Parcel?

Damaged on arrival? Take a couple of photos of the damaged packaging and product, and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll replace or refund quickly.

Hasn't turned up at all? If you're at the 4-working-day mark from your dispatch email with no tracking movement, get in touch. Most "missing" parcels turn up within a day or two, but if it's properly lost we'll reship or refund — no quibble.

Need to change the delivery address? If we haven't dispatched yet, email us ASAP. Once it's in Royal Mail's hands, you can redirect it yourself via the Royal Mail Track & Trace page using the tracking number we sent.
