We're UK only at the moment. We've thought about expanding to Ireland and Europe but the customs paperwork makes it a faff that's hard to do at our prices. If we change that, you'll see it announced loud and clear.
Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Sundays or most bank holidays, so anything dispatched immediately before a long weekend can land a day or two later than usual. Nothing's gone wrong — the parcel is just sitting in the postal system waiting for normal service to resume. Factor in a small buffer around bank holidays.
If we haven't dispatched yet, yes — email us ASAP with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel's in Royal Mail's hands, the only person who can redirect it is you (via the Royal Mail Track & Trace page using the tracking number we sent you).
If it hasn't been dispatched yet, absolutely — drop us an email and we'll cancel and refund. Once it's shipped, it falls under our standard returns policy instead.
Sorry to hear that. Take a couple of photos of the damaged packaging and the product, and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll sort a replacement or refund quickly. Royal Mail's pretty careful but the odd parcel takes a knock — we'd rather make it right than make excuses.
If you're approaching the 4-working-day mark from your dispatch email and there's no movement on the tracking, then get in touch. Most "missing" parcels turn up within a day or two of being expected. If it's properly lost, we'll either reship or refund — no quibble.
