🔧 How We Actually Work

The whole point of JTH is taking the hassle out of US imports for UK customers. Here's the bit nobody else explains properly:

We import US products into the UK in bulk consignments, paying all duties, VAT and import processing at the wholesale level. That stock then lives in UK warehousing until you order. When you do, it ships domestically — same as any UK retailer would send a parcel.

What that means in practice:

• ✅ Nothing crosses a border between us and you. So there's nothing for customs to stop, surcharge, or hold up
• ✅ The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Full stop. No nasty £8-£12 customs handling fees appearing on the doorstep
• ✅ Genuine original packaging. Same as you'd grab off a shelf in Walgreens or CVS — Drug Facts labels, US barcodes, the lot
