• All transactions are processed securely — we do not store payment details

5. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched twice per week, with no guaranteed dispatch days

• Most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch, but times may vary

• Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked and included free of charge

• You will receive a tracking number via email

• Please check your spam folder for dispatch and tracking emails

• Delivery delays due to third parties (e.g. courier issues, strikes) are beyond our control

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition to qualify for a full refund

• We do not refund opened, used, or damaged items, except at our discretion
